It is promised that all possible attempts will be made to avoid such interruption, but BUILDVIDS will not be held responsible for the unavailability of the services or any sort of inconvenience arising during such periods of maintenance.

7.1 Duty to Defend
You undertake to immediately indemnify BUILDVIDS against any claim which may arise from the use of the Platform and related costs such as fines or settlements.
Partial funding for Phase I of the project was also obtained as the population’s needs were assessed, recommendations made, and funding strategies formulated.
